Juha, the farmer, needs many manual skills at his work. The buildings need to be renovated, motorboats repaired, the sauna wood cut down and processed. Almost every year some of the piers break in the autumn storms and after heavy rains the roads must be fixed. You meet him in the harbor if you rent a motorboat. Maybe you see him hurrying on our small roads with his quad moped or digging a ditch somewhere.
Milla lives near the cottages and takes care of the cleaning. She hurries to check the holiday houses after you have left. She is also a cook and can prepare a good meal for you after the long fishing day - do not hesitate to make an order. Milla is walking with her small dogs on our forest roads.
Hilkka is working in her home office. She works with the reservations and invoicing. Hilkka is updating the websites and social media. She is also responsible for Sustainable Travel Finland STF of Ylöstalo and other marketing projects, mostly in co-operation with VisitSalo. You might meet her in a hidden place in a caravan near the see and cottages.
