The rental boats will be handed over to the customer at an agreed time in the Ylöstalo boat slipway, where the customer will also return the boat at the end of the rental period.
The boats are refueled, and the customer will return the boats fully refueled.
The boat has a laminated nautical chart, which also accurately shows the bedrock and stones. It also includes the rental conditions.
All the rental boats are insured. In the case of driving to shore or beach stones or negligent boat handling the deductible fee is from 1.7.2024 1500 euro. If the boat is disabled after driving to stones, rest of the rental fee will not be returned. The customer must inform Ylöstalo if the motorboat is damaged.
By paying the invoice, the customer accepts these rental terms. The booking agent must pass this information to other boat users of the group. Ultimately, the contact person has the responsibility.
